Kristian is the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing the operations of HAM. Also, as the Chief Compliance Officer of Houston Asset Management, she supervises the advisors and their staff, and ensures that the office is compliant with all government regulations. Kristian started with HAM as Bob Frater's assistant in November 2001. At that time, she helped Bob with financial plans, client reports and communications. She is a Registered Representative with Series 6, 7, 24, 63 and 65 securities registrations, and received the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™certification in 2011. Kristian has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Houston. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, a competitive soccer player, wife, and mother of two sons.
